Tricia Baak

Owner

Tricia Baak has enjoyed a career in the advertising and media industry for nearly 20 years. She began her career at Conde Nast Publications working as the West Coast Director for Conde Nast Traveler for 12 years.

During her time at Conde Nast Traveler, she covered Southern California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico, booking annual sales of $7+ million and earning recognition as the Top Sales Representative.

In 2011, Tricia Baak left the corporate world to launch her own media company, BAAK MEDIA. Representing luxury brands across print, digital, mobile, video content and event marketing, Tricia is most proud of being named TOP REP FIRM for DEPARTURES magazine in 2014. Tricia loves her family and has three fabulous children. Her additional interests include: competitive biking, long distance trail races, triathlons, skiing and traveling. Her favorite destinations are the Amalfi Coast in Italy and the Yosemite Valley Floor.

Anthony Strike

President

Prior to joining Baak Media, Anthony spent more than 10 years in various marketing roles on both the client and agency side. He held roles ranging from product marketing to brand management to investor relations with major consumer and healthcare companies, including Medtronic, Morgan Stanley and Bayer. Originally from the Midwest, Anthony graduated from Brigham Young University with a major in Public Relations and moved to New York to begin his career. He was lucky enough to marry a California girl and now lives in Pacific Palisades, CA with his wife and two boys. He enjoys skiing, movies, and building Legos with his sons.

Elsa Solomon

Sales Director

A sixth generation Californian, Elsa comes to Baak media with a sales, marketing and PR background in the technology and entertainments industries and a pioneer spirit. She loves travel (favorite destination: Paris), food (did we mention Paris?), entertaining, tennis, hiking with friends, and crossword puzzles.  Elsa is a UC Berkeley graduate and the proud mother of Henry and Kate.

Chief Creative Officer

Melissa directs strategy and production of creative assets for Baak Media clients through Strike Productions.

With multiple Emmy awards and years of experience to her credit, Melissa brings her passion for creating emotive content that inspires and engages the viewer. Her deep connections in the creative community and her ability to inspire those she works with combine to produce content that is both timeless and memorable.
